The Government is seeking to enter into a lease up to five (5) years with termination rights for approximately .021 acres of land within the Delineated Area set forth below in Cusick, WA near Albeni Falls Dam. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. The U.S. Government is self-insured, and a security deposit is not applicable. Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include landowners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent landowners. Representatives of landowners must include the exclusivity granting the exclusive right to represent the owner with their response to this advertisement. The location sought is within a defined delineated area in Cusick, WA, more specifically in an area bounded as follows: Within Government Lot 10 in the Southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 34 North, Range 44 East of the Willamette Meridian, Pend Oreille County, State of Washington. After the receipt of initial offers, the named Realty Specialist or other authorized representative will conduct negotiations on behalf of the Government. Verbal or written negotiations will be conducted with Offerors that are within the competitive range. The competitive range, which will be established by the Realty Specialist, will be based on lease costs and other award factors stated in this solicitation. All Offerors will be included that have a reasonable chance of being selected for award. Negotiations are considered closed at the due date and time of best and final offers. Entities not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) are advised to initiate the registration process as soon as possible and provide proof such as a registration submission email from SAM or Federal Service Desk ticket number along with their offer for possible lease award.
