The U.S. Government currently leases office and storage space in Wynne, AR, and is considering economically advantageous alternate space as the existing lease expires. It seeks a full-service lease for approximately 5,000 rentable square feet of office space for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Area Office, for a term not to exceed five years with Government termination rights, located near or within a 15-mile radius of Wynne, AR 72396. Exclusive on-site secure parking for nine government vehicles must be provided 24/7. Offered space must meet Government lease requirements, and interested building owners or their exclusive representatives must include documentation of exclusivity with any response.
