NOTICE The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are soliciting Lease proposals for Dock side property, minimum of 100 linear feet of dock space, with pedestrian access between parking and dock, located on property along the York, Pamunkey or Mattaponi Rivers, within a five-mile radius from downtown West Point, Virginia 23181, as depicted on Exhibit “A”. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION may be obtained from Heidi Smith by email at heidi.m.smith@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm EST on June 10, 2022. This Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) package will terminate if funding does not become available by the due date of this notice.
