NOTICE The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 300 usable square feet of administrative space located within an area defined as: Northern boundary of “Butterwood Road”; Eastern boundary of “Dearing Avenue”; Southern boundary of “E. 10th Street”; and the Western boundary being the “eastern edge of the Southern Virginia Community College property” connecting E. 10th Street and Butterwood Road, in Nottoway, VA 23955. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION may be obtained from Heidi Smith by email at heidi.m.smith@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm EST on March 25, 2022. This Request For Lease Proposals (RLP) package will terminate if funding does not become available by the due date of this notice.
