The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, is offering a lump-sum sale for purchase and removal of Government-owned pine and hardwood timber at Wright Patman Lake, Texas. The sale includes three items: Clear Springs ATV 1, Thompson Creek West, and Milam Creek South. Required bid deposits are $24,000 for Item 1, $12,000 for Item 2, and $10,000 for Item 3. Contract expiration/removal deadlines are November 1, 2028 for Item 1 and December 31, 2027 for Items 2 and 3. Inspections are invited and encouraged Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays, and can be arranged at least 24 hours in advance with the Project Forester.
