Bids will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the NOA. A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 15, 2025, at 3 p.m. at the Whitney Lake Office, 285 County Road 3602, Clifton, Texas 76634. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
