This Notice of Availability (NOA) to Lease is for the purpose of soliciting proposals for development and operation of a commercial concession (campground and related facilities and services) in furtherance of the objective of the Government to provide quality facilities and services for recreation, at reasonable prices to meet public demand, and at the same time allowing entrepreneurs to make a fair profit. Proposals for development of the area may include a camp store, laundromat and boat rentals. Notice of Availability package and exhibits are attached to this solicitation.
