S Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a 5-year lease beginning on or after January 10, 2022. Location of the property must be within 1/4-mile radius of 3331 Heritage Trade Dr., Wake Forest, NC 27587. The space should contain approximately 2,704 square feet (SF) of office space, adequate parking for privately owned vehicles. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations.
