Location of the property must be within a One (1) mile radius of 1835 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC 29201. The space should contain approximately 2,750 square feet (SF) +/- of office space, the right to use Common Area, backup power or the capacity to add, vetting visitor entrance, access to or ability to add a conference room, access to or ability to add three (3) closed-door offices, controlled access to building’s Demarcation point (DMARC), along with designated parking for three (3) government vehicles. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations. Must use Government Lease.
