The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks a fully serviced lease for existing Class A or B professional office space within the City limits of Arcadia, CA. The required space is 11,000–12,000 usable square feet, with reserved on-site parking for up to two government vehicles. The lease term is one year with renewal options for up to nineteen consecutive one-year terms. Award will be based on Best Value Trade Off, with detailed method and requirements in the RLP, and Agency Specific and Security Requirements will be provided upon receipt of an expression of interest. Expressions of interest should include building name/address, space location, AutoCAD file, USF/RSF, proposed shell and operating rental rates per RSF, and evidence of ownership or authority to represent the owner.
