The U.S. Government is considering alternate office space if economically advantageous and seeks a full-service lease for 10,000–10,500 rentable square feet of professional office space. The lease term would not exceed nine months and would include Government termination rights. Offered space must be within a delineated area bounded by W Telegraph St to the north, 300 E St to the east, Industrial Rd/W Industrial Rd/S Deseret Dr to the south, and N 3050 E/S Green Spring Dr to the west. The property must provide a dedicated secured parking area for Government vehicles and equipment, available 24/7, on a site of 2–3 acres. Interested building owners or their exclusive representatives must provide documentation of exclusivity/representation; this is not an RLP, and the Government may amend, cancel, or modify the requirement without cost reimbursement.
