Requirement: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 7,000-8,000 square feet of rentable space to accommodate approximately 20 people with at least four offices with doors (the rest can be offices or cubicles), a conference room (at least 12 person), kitchen and supply room. Unique Requirement: Parking should be made available at an additional cost. Location: Offered properties must be located within Arlington, VA. Lease Term: One Year with a one year option to renew. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy by January 2020. Expressions of interest should include the following: • Building name and address • Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot • Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet • Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
