Local Area Set-Aside (FAR 26.2)

The U.S. Government seeks a fully serviced, five-year lease for approximately 1,800 square feet of retail space in Anchorage, Alaska, to serve as an Air Force Recruiting Office, including parking for up to 7 vehicles. The required tenant improvements, including specific security and construction features, will be at the lessor's expense with no government reimbursement. The lease award will be based on the most economically advantageous bid providing best value, with evaluation criteria including mission requirements, location, and pricing. Initial offers are due by close of business on April 11, 2025, after which the government will enter negotiations with offerors in the competitive range. All bids must be complete and accurate, as no change orders are authorized after award.
