Greenhouse for Army’s Endangered Species Act requirements
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a facility on Oahu, Hawaii, with a required altitude of at least 2,000 feet. The required space includes at least 3,000 square feet of greenhouse, 2,000 square feet of warehouse, 2,000 square feet of outdoor growing space, and shared use of a helicopter landing zone. The lease term is for four years and eleven months as a full-service lease, with the government holding termination rights. The selected offer will be based on the lowest overall cost and technical requirements, with an award selection expected approximately 30 days after the initial proposal response date. All costs for required tenant improvements and safety enhancements are the lessor's responsibility with no government reimbursement.
