The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is advertising for the right to award a lease for residential spaces for a property located within approximate 10-minute drive from Paya Lebar Air Base, Hougang, Singapore. Space shall be fully-furnished residential leases for up to five (5) years with termination rights. Two (2)-bedroom and three (3)-bedroom apartments for a total of 42 bedrooms in the same residential building. Utilities included. Offerors shall complete the attached Proposal Submission Form.
