The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government ’s military training requirements which are: Located within a mountainous region. Main site: Total site at least 35 acres No trees greater than 70 feet 820 ft X 820 ft low grass flat area clear (or clearable) with no trees taller than 8 feet Road access to site. At least two (2) landing zone sites: Off road vehicle/hiking access to other sites Minimum 1.5 acres 90 ft X 45 ft circular flat area clear (or clearable) with no trees taller than 8 feet Located within 10 miles of main site accessible by trail and/or road.
