The U.S. Government currently occupies a Hawaiian Endangered Rare Plant Nursery with a greenhouse, warehouse, related outside growing space, with a helicopter landing zone and road access to the site on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements which are: The site must be located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Altitude at least 2,000 feet above sea level. Helicopter landing zone Road access to site. Have at least 3,000 square feet of greenhouse space. Have at least 2,000 square feet of warehouse space. Have at least 1,000 square feet of outdoor growing space. Reliable adequate water source or water catchment facility. Electrical power at site.
