The Government is seeking to enter into a lease agreement for a term of up to five (5) years and with Government termination rights for approximately 18 fully furnished apartment space within the Delineated Area city of Seattle, Washington. In the vicinity of the University of Washington Medical Center, Seattle Childrens Hospital, Regional Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center or the VA Puget Sound Health Care System-Seattle Division. Potential site is in support of Department of the Army's need for approximately (18) fully furnished !-bedroom residential units to house Medical Residents from Madigan Army Medical Center working at major hospitals listed in the city of Seattle. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government's requirements, as stated in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). The U.S. Government is self-insured, pays in arrears and a security deposit will not be applicable. Offeror must be willing to provide a fully serviced space to include real estate taxes, insurance, common area maintenance, snow removal, biweekly janitorial, utilities, approved trash collection, kitchenware, (1) onsite parking stall per Resident, fully furnished kitchen, bed, bathroom, television, WIFI and bedroom linens.
