The Department of Defense (DOD) is interested in entering into a lease for access roads in Grass Mountain, King County, WA. Potential site is in support of the Seattle District Radio Network (SDRN) network system that requires uniquely selected sites for uncompromised operation of its radio system. The access roads must be capable of reaching a SDRN Tower and Communication Site located in Grass Mountain, WA, with an elevation at the base of the Tower being 4,375 feet, having a latitude of 47 degrees, 2'25" North and longitude of 121 degrees, 35'42" West in NE 1/SW1/4 of Section 21, Township 20 North, Range 8 East, W.M., King County, WA. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs and replication of tenant improvements. The location sought is within a defined delineated area in Grass Mountain, King County, WA, more specifically in an area bounded as follows: North: Green River South: State Route 410 East: Chinook Pass Highway West: SE Enumclaw Chinook Pass Road Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
