The U.S. Government currently is using land in Kootenai County, ID for Army Reserve vehicle and combat engineer training. The Government is considering an alternate location if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate land that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government’s desire is for a full service lease to include base rent for approximately 60 (sixty) acres of land that is fully chain link fenced and where military personnel can perform excavation and vehicle training exercises. Lease not to exceed 1 (one) year with lessee renewal options for 4 (four) additional 1 (one) year terms, with Government termination rights and located within 15 (fifteen) miles of Couer d’Alene airport. Offered land must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include land owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent land owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
