NOTICE The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 3,200 usable square feet of retail space located at Williamsburg, VA and within the area shown below: Northern Boundary: From Intersection of US Hwy 612 and DePue Drive Eastern Boundary: Richmond Road Southern Boundary: US Hwy 321 Western Boundary: US Hwy 199 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION may be obtained from Marco Reasco by email at marco.t.reasco@usace.army.mil.
