The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is offering for sale one (1) item of standing timber on approximately 18.5 acres within one (1) block at Raven Rock Mountain Complex, Fairfield, Pennsylvania. Approximately the following volumes to be harvested from within the designated block boundary: The sale is being sold lump sum, the full bid balance is due per payment schedule with a bid and performance deposit is due prior to commencing designated timber removal in the harvest block. Item 1: ON 1 BLOCK (18.5 ACRES) YELLOW POPLAR – 158.145 MBF OAK – 45.328 MBF WALNUT – 4.815 MBF OTHER HARDWOOD – 8.098 MBF HARDWOOD PULPWOOD 293 TONS Contract Period of Performance: Item # one (1) All tree feeling shall be complete by 01 April 2021 for all included designated timber, removal of all included felled timber shall be removed from the site by 1 April 2021 and, all site repair work as directed shall be complete by 30 April 2021 or at anytime harvest operations remain idle for either anticipated or unanticipated work stoppages. Site repair work may be required at the discretion of the District Representative in the event of upcoming anticipated weather conditions.
