The Lessor leases to the Lessee the following described property: Exclusive use of approximately 900 – 1350 rentable square feet of space located in Charlottesville, as more particularly shown on Exhibit "B" as delineated area. It is understood and agreed that the Lessor shall provide four (4) on-site surface parking spaces, and two (2) reserved parking spaces, with the right to use the access driveways and parking area together with all other tenants of the complex, both during the day and overnight in the areas within the Lessor's property.
