A.The property must be located within one mile radius of the intersection at Gardens Blvd. and Seminole Trail Charlottesville, VA. 22911.B.Exclusive use of approximately 460 square feet of office space. It is also understood and agreed that the Lessor shall provide adequate Government parking, both during day and overnight in the areas within the Lessor’s property.C.At the sole judgment of the Government, the property must be in a location conducive to good quality-•general aesthetics of the facility,•exterior maintenance of the property and of the surrounding area•general security of the facility and parking areas including lighting and access, and •management's attentiveness to issues brought forward by the Government (if prior leasing hasoccurred at the facility)
