Sealed bids will be publicly opened at Building 1, Camp Navajo, Arizona. A bid deposit of $10,000 is required for Item 1, consisting of $5,000 for performance and $5,000 for pre-paid timber. The contract expiration date is 31 December 2029, and the notice is dated 6 November 2026. Inspections are invited 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday excluding holidays, arranged with Mr. Nick Kainrath at least 24 hours in advance.
