The Government is seeking 10,000 square feet of Hangar space to include overhead air circulation, powered cross ventilation, and pneumatic air for LUH 72 aircraft maintenance. Additionally, outside of the hangar support, the airport facilities will coordinate and allow for storage space within the fence line to store shipping containers, rolling stock and other items required to operate air assets from this location. Additionally, the Government is seeking 3,500 square feet of office and shop space to include HVAC, latrine facilities to accommodate approximately 40 personnel working in 3 x 8 hour shifts over a 24 hour period, and internet access and internet access to accommodate 20 number of computers. Site Security Requirements: Key control for offices and hangar space. Preferred location: South Texas International Airport in Edinburg, Texas or within a 10 mile radius A one-year firm term lease with four 1-year option periods is desired.
