The Government is seeking 2,275 rentable square feet for three office spaces and additional work space in Fort Worth, TX to support the Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Environmental Laboratory (EL). ERDCEL is looking to acquire a new lease in the state of Texas for office space for two employees working in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition to the three office spaces the following additional space will be needed: A. printer room to allow for the production of architectural size drawings for site Master Plans; B. office for visiting stakeholders C. Conference room for up to eight individuals D. Conderence reception area for staging purposes E. Flex space for an easy adaptable work environment
