The U.S. Government is seeking a full-service lease for approximately 1,500 rentable square feet of retail/office space for an Armed Forces Career Center for a term not to exceed five years. The space must be located within a 5-mile radius of the 6400 Block NW Expressway in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The lease requires non-exclusive, 24/7 on-site parking for five government vehicles. The Government is considering whether to relocate from its current expiring lease and will evaluate the economic advantage of alternate space, including relocation costs. Responses are invited from building owners or their exclusive representatives, who must provide proof of exclusivity.
