The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 2,548 square feet of commercial office space and parking for eight vehicles in Potsdam, New York, within a quarter-mile of Market Street. The space must include a secondary egress and the lessor must use the Government form of lease.
