The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (New York District) is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,255 square feet of commercial office space and parking for eight vehicles within a quarter-mile radius of Main Street, Oneonta, New York. The space must include a secondary egress. The lessor must use the Government form of lease and propose a rental amount covering water/sewer, CAM, real estate taxes, and insurance.
