The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is seeking lease proposals for approximately 3,360 square feet of commercial office space with parking for eight vehicles, located within a quarter-mile radius of Commercial Drive in New Hartford (New York Mills), New York. The space must include a secondary egress, and the lessor is required to use the government form of lease.
