Inactive 8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking lease proposals for approximately 3,691 square feet of commercial office space with parking for four vehicles in Schenectady, New York, within a quarter-mile of Wall Street/State Street. The space must have a secondary egress, and proposals require a proposed rental amount inclusive of specified costs. The lease must use the Government form. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on February 11, 2026. All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to contract award.
