The U.S. Government seeks a lease in or near Edinburg, Texas, within a delineated area bounded by Highway 186, the U.S./Mexico border, Westgate Drive, and Mission City, TX, for combined office/administrative and outdoor motor pool space. The lease may commence as early as feasible but no later than December 1, 2026, with an initial term of up to nine months and 60-day termination rights. Required space includes at least 3,000 sq ft of office, 2,000 sq ft of storage, and at least 40,000 sq ft of concrete/cement motor pool with perimeter fence and gate, 24/7 keyed access, parking for up to 25 civilian vehicles, internet capability, and utilities included in the proposal price. Interested respondents must be building owners or representatives with exclusive authority to represent the owner.
