The U.S. Government seeks a lease for hangar space in or near Edinburg, Texas, within a delineated area bounded by Highway 186, the U.S./Mexico Border, Westgate Drive, and Mission City, TX. The lease may commence as early as feasible but no later than December 22, 2026, with an initial term up to 12 months, up to four 12-month option periods, and 30-day termination rights. Required hangar space is 15,000–16,000 sq ft with at least 14-foot door height; up to 1,000 sq ft of air-conditioned office space is desired if available, with 24/7 keyed access, internet capability, and utilities included in the proposal price. Outdoor parking must be included for a fuel truck and up to 25 civilian vehicles.
