The U.S. Government seeks a lease for hangar space in or near Alpine, Texas, within a delineated area bounded by Fort Davis, Marathon, and Marfa. The lease may begin as early as feasible but no later than December 16, 2026, with an initial term up to 12 months, up to four 12-month option periods, and 30-day termination rights. Required hangar space is 14,000–15,000 square feet with at least 21-foot door height for UH60 Blackhawk helicopters or other aircraft, plus optional office space up to 400 square feet with air conditioning. The facility must provide 24/7 keyed access, internet capability, outdoor parking for a fuel truck and up to 25 civilian vehicles, and utilities and trash service included in the proposal price. Interested respondents must be hangar/building owners or authorized exclusive representatives, provide exclusivity documentation, and meet Government Lease requirements.
