Anchorage Air Force Reserve Recruiting Office
The Government, whose current lease is expiring and will consider economically advantageous alternatives, seeks approximately 1,190 square feet of retail office space plus parking for up to three government vehicles for an Air Force Reserve Recruiting Office in Anchorage, Alaska. The lease will be fully serviced for five years with Government termination rights, and offers must include base rent, CAM, utilities, janitorial, and parking. If awarded for a new location, the office would relocate immediately upon completion of construction meeting FY27 Construction Specifications, with the lease starting upon Government acceptance of the space. Award will go to the most economically advantageous offer based on recruiting mission requirements, location, lessor past performance, site visibility, and pricing consistent with comparable local sites. Offerors must provide construction bids for build-out and comply with detailed security, telecommunications, and other construction specifications, with no change orders authorized after acceptance.
