The U.S. Government currently leases office and related space in West Des Moines, IA, and that lease will be expiring. It is considering alternate space if doing so would be economically advantageous. In making that determination, the Government will consider available space that can meet its requirements, janitorial services provided in the lease, and relocation costs such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
