Vehicles should be available 24 hours a day /7 days a week. Potential locations must meet the following criteria, at the minimum, to be eligible for approval from the services and additional requirements may be disclosed, if selected. LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN Delineated Area N. Boundary: Como Ave SE S. Boundary: E River Road /I-94 E. Boundary: 27th Ave SE W.
