The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 16,424 square feet of building space suitable for the followingtypes of needs: heavy equipment maintenance activities, office space, internal storage space and an additional 100’ x 100’ securable parking area. Building and parking areas to be located within a 50-mile radius of North Platte, NE. The leased space will be utilized by the U.S. Army Reserve for general maintenance activities associated with their vehicles and equipment. Additional Requirements: One parcel is preferred but not required. Access to the area has to allow for the operation and maneuvering of heavy equipment. Access doors to the facility need to be large enough to accommodate large construction equipment. All utilities, real estate taxes, insurance, trash removal, cleaning services and grounds maintenance must be included in the rental costs. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space within the building, rentable square feet offered, a site plan and a floor plan for the offered building and applicable space.
