The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Installation Management Command, is requesting bids to enter into an exclusive lease consisting of a 15’ by 21’ insulated steel building and space on a 100’ tower adjacent to the building located atop of Cheyenne Mountain. Potential locations must meet the following criteria to be eligible for site visit and consideration as a location for bid solicitation: -Acceptance and use of government lease, with no changes to the standard language, clauses or conditions within the lease as designated by the government (see attached sample lease) -Must meet and comply with the requirements of the construction specifications (including all safety and security enhancements - available upon request). -Competitive rates of base cost per square feet for annual rent (rental proposal document attached). A breakout of operating expenses, including but not limited to any janitorial service costs, snow removal and projected utilities required to operate equipment noted in the construction specifications. -Lease will be awarded to the most economically advantageous bid which provides best value to the government -Lease would be considered an annual lease with options for up to 4 renewals as requested by the Government with a start date of 15 December 2021.
