The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Recruiting Facilities Program, is seeking 2200 gross square feet (GSF) of retail/office space within the delineated area. Potential locations must meet the following criteria, at a minimum, to be eligible for site visit and consideration as a location for bid solicitation. Additional requirements may be disclosed upon site visit or bid solicitation if selected. - 2200 GSF Space must be located within delineated area boundaries LOCATION: Madison, WI Delineated Area N Boundary: Old Saulk Rd S Boundary: Lacy Rd E Boundary: Midvale Blvd W Boundary: Pleasant View Rd -Sites should not be located adjacent to adult entertainment shops (i.e. book stores, video stores, or theatres), night clubs/bars, methadone clinics, drug rehabilitation centers, marijuana/hemp dispensaries, medical marijuana dispensaries, gun shops, liquor stores, etc., and could potentially be eliminated from competition as these are considered non-compatible businesses -Have adequate parking for Government-owned vehicles 24 hours a day/7 days a week, as well as adequate parking within 4 blocks for employee and customer vehicles If you have a location that meets the required criteria and interested in consideration, please email the provided USACE member in this advertisement with: Location Address Sq. All locations that meet the criteria will be given the opportunity to solicit a bid for award, provided no other circumstances during the site visit uncover a reason (deemed disqualifying by USACE personnel) to eliminate the site from contention.
