The government is considerting alternate space if economically advantageous. In making the determination, the govemrnment will consider, among other things, the availablity of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the governments requirements, janitorial services provided in the lease, as well as cost likely to be incurred through relocationg, such as physical move costs, replicationof teanant improviement and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
