The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 10,870 square feet of hangar, maintenance, office, and storage space. Locational requirement is for a facility within a 35-mile radius of the greater Omaha, Nebraska area. The lease will provide the capability to support aircraft parking, fueling, and loading for Government-owned Metro 23 aircraft and other miscellaneous aircraft operations. Additional Requirements: The Airfield must be classified as Category III with following minimum Airfield Parameters: - Runway Length: 3,500 ft. (5,000 ft. Preferred) - Runway Width: 100 ft. - Taxiway Width: 50 ft. Minimum door height for offered space is 20’; minimum door width is 57’; and minimum hangar depth is 60’ to allow for the storage of fixed wing aircraft. Avgas/Jet A-1 fuel must be available at the proposed airport 24/7/365. All utilities and real estate tax must be included in the rent. Hanger space must have paved taxi access to runways at the airport. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered, a site plan of the airport, and site plan or floor plan for the offered building.
