Lessors of Nonresidential Office Space for lease

The US Government currently leases office and related space in Washington, MO, and that lease is expiring. It is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. The space requirement is approximately 1,200 square feet. In evaluating alternatives, the Government will weigh relocation costs such as physical moves, tenant improvement and telecom replication, and agency downtime.
