Lessors of Nonresidental Office Space for lease

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in Independence, MO under a lease that will be expiring, and is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. The Government will evaluate alternate space availability and relocation costs, including physical move costs, tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
