Lessors of Nonresidential Office Space for Lease
The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space under a lease in Garden City, Kansas, that will be expiring. It is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making that determination, it will consider the availability of suitable alternate space and relocation-related costs such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
