The U.S. Government’s lease for office and related space in Liberal, KS is expiring, and it is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The requirement is approximately 1,300 square feet. The Government will evaluate alternatives based on availability and relocation costs such as moving, tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, and agency downtime.
