Lessors of Nonresidential Office Space or Lease

The U.S. Government currently leases office and related space in Manhattan, KS, and that lease is expiring; it is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. Requirements include approximately 800 square feet, with relocation considerations such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
