Lessors of Nonresidential Office Space for Lease

The U.S. Government currently leases office and related space in Ottumwa, IA, and that lease is expiring; it is considering economically advantageous alternate space. The Government will assess availability of alternate space and relocation costs, including physical move costs, tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
