Lessors of Nonresidential Office Space for Lease

The US Government seeks approximately 1,580 square feet of office and related space in Hays, KS, where it currently occupies leased space that will be expiring. It is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. Evaluation will include the availability of suitable alternate space and relocation costs such as physical moves, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
